Compact first message
Hello. I am comparing [product type] for [use]. Product: [public URL], code [code], color/size [variant]. Test quantity: [quantity], destination: [country]. Please confirm current unit price, MOQ and mixed-variant rule, plus packed weight or carton size. Thank you.
This works better than “price?” because the quote can be attached to a defined item and order size.
Before you message
Turn a contact number into a usable record
| What you have | What to check or add |
|---|---|
| A phone number | Keep the public page and date that connect it to the intended business. |
| A catalog sent in chat | Ask for a current public link and save the code for each item you select. |
| A product photo | Attach the source page, variant, quantity and the detail you need confirmed. |
| A price reply | Add currency, unit, quantity tier, inclusions and the date quoted. |
| A minimum order | Clarify whether it applies by style, color, size, carton or total order. |
| A delivery estimate | Provide the destination and ask which packed weight, route and service it assumes. |
Question deck
Ask only what changes the next step
- Item: identify one product with its public page and exact code.
- Price: request the currency, price unit, quantity tier and inclusions.
- Minimum: ask whether the quantity applies per style, color, size, carton or total order.
- Catalog: ask for a current public URL and note when you checked it.
- Contact: confirm which business and product page the number represents.
Useful requests
Seven short requests that still preserve context
Ask for the unit price
Include the exact quantity and currency.
Ask for the current catalog
Request a public link rather than an unlabelled image bundle.
Check available colors
Name the product code and required quantity.
Check the size chart
Confirm units and measurement points.
Price a specific code
Keep the source URL beside the code.
Ask for QC photos
Ask which item, variant and date they represent.
Request a shipping quote
Provide packed-shipment and destination inputs.
From chat to record
A reply should become a dated comparison row
Copy every useful answer into the product record with the responsible contact route and date. Separate exact answers from approximations and marketing statements. If a message changes the product, quantity or packaging, create a new quote version.
Do not allow a disappearing chat, edited message or forwarded screenshot to become the only record of decision-critical terms.
Safety pause
Messaging convenience does not reduce transaction risk
Pause if the contact changes, the payee cannot be connected to the public business identity, the item page disappears or you are pushed toward immediate direct payment. Do not send passwords, identity documents, bank details or unrelated customer information in an inquiry.
This website does not provide a supplier WhatsApp number or receive product inquiries.
