Authorship
Who prepares and reviews these guides
The Yupoo Guide editorial desk prepares the articles and maintains the comparison checklists. Each page links back to this method so readers can see how observations, third-party claims, examples and unknowns are handled.
The editorial desk is independent from the album platform, external catalog, listed brands, sellers, marketplaces and shipping services. Corrections can be reported through the site contact page; material corrections should change the affected article and its modification date.
Evidence levels
Use verbs that match the support
| Level | Example wording | What it avoids |
|---|---|---|
| Observed | The page displays a size table labeled in centimeters. | Claiming the table is accurate or current beyond the observation. |
| Attributed | The supplier contact stated a 30-piece MOQ on 22 Aug. | Presenting the statement as independently verified fact. |
| Inferred | The repeated code may connect the album and listing, but the source relationship is not confirmed. | Turning a clue into proof. |
| Unknown | Final packed weight is not available. | Filling a blank with false precision. |
Responsible source
Ask who controls the fact
Album owners control access to restricted albums. Catalog and marketplace operators control their pages. Sellers or suppliers control their own quotes and claims. Payment services, carriers and authorities control different parts of a transaction and shipment.
When a fact can change, the guide points the reader toward the party responsible for the current answer rather than pretending a static article can confirm it.
Date and change
A page visit is a dated observation
Prices, contact details, stock messages, routes, policies and page content can change. Research notes should preserve the checked date and retain a small change log when the earlier state influenced a decision.
An article's modification date changes only after a meaningful editorial revision. It is not proof that every linked external page was updated or reviewed on the same day.
Examples
Methods are real; success stories are not invented
Worked examples use neutral, clearly illustrative records to show how a method operates. They do not imply that a real supplier replied, a product was ordered, quality was confirmed, money was protected or delivery succeeded.
Brand names and external directories are used for navigation and explanation. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, authenticity or verification.
Separation
Keep the guide and external catalog visibly distinct
- External catalog links are labeled and open in a new tab.
- The search form explains where the query is sent.
- Editorial pages do not present catalog results as local inventory.
- No Product, Offer, Review or AggregateRating schema is used.
- Risk, payment and shipping decisions remain with the responsible external parties.
